Rent Requirements

Future residents:

•      Complete online tenant application ($95, non-refundable)                       https://mres.managebuilding.com 

An automated email will be sent to the email provided on the application, Check your spam folder, once you see the email, click to authorize us to run your credit and background

Please E mail the following documents to pmgt@metropolitan-florida.com 

• Copy of driver’s license.
• Copy of last 2 pay stubs.
• Copy last 3 months of bank statements (only if unable to provide proof of income)
• Copy of W2 (last 2 years)

If self-employed, copy of last 2 years 1099, last 2 years’ tax returns.

  Renter's Insurance poof required at the time of move in

Pet Fee  (when applicable)

$500 per pet (nonrefundable)

Standard Requirements are:

•       1 Month rent (minimum) Security Deposit.

•       1st Month and/or Prorated Rent.

Standard Approval Requirements:

• Credit Scores 670 and above:  1 month of security deposit
• Credit Scores below 669: to be determined
• Applicants from other countries and/or no credit score/credit history will have a minimum of 3 months security deposit required.

This is under the assumption of no collections, no evictions, no criminal records, and proof of income (must be verified as being at least 3x the rent amount).

Based on credit and history, an additional deposit might be required for approval.

Applicants with eviction histories will not be accepted.
